At Jack & Beau, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options within the UAE and Internationally:

Shipping Options UAE

Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days on all orders across the UAE, ensuring you receive your items promptly.

Same Day Shipping: For orders placed before 12 pm, we offer same-day delivery, with your order arriving by 10 pm for when you need something in a hurry.

Shipping Costs UAE: 

Standard - 15 aed

Same Day - 30 aed

Free shipping on orders over 250 aed

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after the cut-off time for Same Day Shipping or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery right up to your doorstep.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays. If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@jackandbeau.com, and our team will assist you.

Shipping Policy for Returns and Exchanges

  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we’ll arrange a pre-paid return label.
  • For exchanges, we offer free-of-charge shipping on size or color exchanges of the same product.

 

International Shipping (Outside UAE)

  • We are delighted to offer international shipping to many countries through our international courier partners. We always send your order with priority shipping however you can expect the delivery to be within 5-14 days. 
  • Cost to your specific country will be calculated at checkout. 
  • Free international shipping on all orders over 500 aed. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Unfortunately we can not offer free exchanges on international orders.
  • International shipping may incur VAT, Governmental charges, clearance customs charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to ensure you are informed of any potential charges.
