What fabric do you use in your clothing?
At Jack & Beau, we prioritize high-quality, eco-conscious materials that are gentle on young skin. Our pieces are made with a soft cotton blend that’s 100% GOTS Certified Organic and OEKO-TEX 100 Standard, ensuring they’re safe, breathable, and comfortable for all-day wear.
How should I care for my Jack & Beau items?
For the best care, we recommend washing our clothing in cold water (30°C) and using a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or line dry, and iron on low heat if needed. Please avoid bleach to keep fabrics looking their best!
Are your sunglasses safe for kids?
Yes! Our sunglasses are designed with UV400 protection to shield young eyes from harmful rays. Plus, they’re made with flexible frames that can bend without breaking, so they’re perfect for active little ones.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you and your little one to love your Jack & Beau items! If you need to make a return, we offer a 7-day return policy within the UAE. Just ensure your items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we’re happy to offer free-of-charge exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us at hello@jackandbeau.com with your order number. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked courier for peace of mind.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@jackandbeau.com. We’ll arrange a pre-paid return and make it right for you.

Where do you ship?
Currently we ship within the UAE, GCC countries, Lebanon, and United Kingdom. We’re focused on providing fast, reliable delivery for all of our customers and more shipping locations will be confirmed soon!
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options for the UAE:
Standard Shipping: 2-3 days delivery across the UAE.
Same Day Shipping: For orders placed before 12 pm, we’ll have your items delivered by 10 pm the same day.
For our International Customers, we try to get your order to you as quickly as possible and you can expect it within 5-10 days.

How can I track my order?
