Return Policy Overview

At Jack & Beau The Label, we really hope you love the new clothes for your little ones but we understand that sometimes  you need to return or exchange. We are pleased to offer a 7-day return policy within the UAE, allowing you to return or exchange your item with peace of mind. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Returning Your Item

To ensure a seamless return process, we kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition—unworn and unused, complete with tags and packaging. Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase for our reference.

As a gentle reminder, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked courier service for your return to ensure the safe arrival of your item.

We offer free-of-charge exchanges if you need a different size or colour of the same product.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect your items carefully. Should you encounter any defects, damages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us immediately. Our dedicated team is here to assist you—simply reach out to us at hello@jackandbeau.com, and we will arrange a pre-paid return for any faulty items.

Exceptions

Please note that items purchased during our sale events are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect this transaction.

International Exchanges

Unfortunately we can not offer free exchanges on international orders.
